We started Eggcellent IT because every shop owner we knew had the same story: their IT guy stopped returning calls, their website hadn’t been touched since 2017, and somebody on Facebook told them they need “AI” without explaining what that meant.
So we built the firm we’d want to call ourselves — local, quick, expertise, and priced like grown-ups talking to grown-ups.
